why you need our genetics

The Wagyu breed has been known for its superior marbling and flavor since it was first introduced to the United States in the 1970s. However, it was not until the late 1990s and early 2000s that Wagyu cattle began to gain popularity with American beef producers.

Wagyu cattle are now prized for their ability to produce high-quality, intensely flavorful beef with a higher percentage of monounsaturated fats than other cattle breeds. This unique fat composition makes Wagyu beef exceptionally tender, juicy, and flavorful.

In order to produce Wagyu beef of the highest quality, it is essential to have access to superior genetics. Wagyu Evolution is proud to offer some of the finest Wagyu genetics in the United States.
